i made that same decision 2 years ago or so. one of the best decisions of my life. you literally gain NOTHING by living with a modern woman. lets assume you find one who cleans etc, guess what, when I live alone there is WAY less to fucking clean, its easily manageable. i dont produce a lot of waste and dirt. and i like cooking for myself. you only lose by living with them. meet them in the evening on your terms and bang them or whatever but do not ever live with them.

I actually prefer female roommates to male ones. Since I'm not even close to a Chad, they generally ignore me, which is ideal. All of my male roommates have been hyper-competitive beta fags who turn everything into a power struggle.

I highly doubt that the general messiness that women cause is an evolutionary trait. I think they are just fucking lazy and it's alot easier to let your clothes pile up than it is to fold and put them away.

If anything, women are driven by impulse. And when that impulse says "but laundry is sooo much woooork :(" then their instinct is to just not fucking do anything about it.

i can't tell you how many times she leaves dishes in the sink, washes 60% of them 4 days later. adds more dishes to the sink, washes 60% of the new dirty dishes, rinse and repeat until there are literally no clean dishes, and a sink full of silverware/cups/plates.

FUCKING wash all your dishes, instead of copping out 60% of the way through, you fucking lazy beitch.

Oh god female roommates. I did it once. Absolutely terrible. Even though she blew me a few times, she would still get calls from random guys on the house phone I payed for looking for coke at 3in the morning. Bathroom was a disaster. Now that I think about it that was the last time I had a roommate at all.

At least if you are in a relationship you get sex (FYI if you are living with your girlfriend/wife and not having sex you aren't living with with your girlfriend/wife, you have a roommate).

Agreed. There are so many things that I was doing to clean after this chick.. I literally drew the line at cleaning her shit stains of the toilet. When I brought this up to her she conveniently said that she found an apartment or found a room with her mother that she is going to help. Her mother is a recovering drug attic. It's funny how convenient that was when she doesn't want to clean up after herself. So I'm happy, I'm going to post the camera in areas where I'm exposed to her for safety sake because she's crazy. Even though I never got into any arguments with her at all and I'm probably just being paranoid, but I have a lot of assets to protect. Another annoying thing she did, was she would have open loud conversations on speakerphone with her friends about all of her business including her sex life. I just couldn't believe how rude some people can actually be. Even girls I know from other countries that are bitches still have manners in not having a open conversations on their phone for the whole world to hear. This has to be an American woman thing. No offense America, but your women are just fucking garbage. They act like a man when they want to assert their authority but act like women when it's convenient for them. Wish me luck! hopefully she's out! The sooner the better

She was thinking about leaving Sunday, but I offered her $50 LOL so that she can move out by tonight. I offered to help too. I know the general rule not to pay money to women, especially $50. But, my sanity is what matters the most. Going to pay $50 so that I can have peace of mind. It puts everybody on good terms so that there are no hard feelings, I just now know that I can never put myself in the situation again. I don't care if she think she milked me, I would do anything just to have her out of my place. You just don't want annoying people in your life. Last time I lived with three girls while I saved up for my first house..

Girl 1 would ask me if I wanted ice cream.. hell yeah! so we sit on the couch having ice cream and then she takes the dishes and leaves them in the sink and gets ready for bed.

Girl 2 comes home from work.. goes to fridge.. slams freezer door..stomps to Girl 1's door and starts pounding the door "YOU EAT MY ICE CREAM AGAIN, Girl 1??"

Girl 1 yells from her room: "Gumbumbles ate it"

Girl 2 runs over to my room and starts screaming at me for stealing her stuff.. I inform Girl 2 that Girl 1 offered me the ice cream.

Girl 1 is now in tears sobbing "I didn't take your ice cream"

Girl 3 wakes up and starts yelling at me for causing all this drama.

Moved out a week later to crash on a buddies couch.. he would cook me steaks for dinner and we drank beer and went out to clubs and had a great time for a month!

I'm not even going to get into the state of the bathroom.. I'd just hold it in and go at school... so gross.. so fucking gross.
