I'm just blown away by hollywoods depiction of whorish behavior, I really shouldn't be surprised though.

Here is what I noticed, relating to whorish behavior:

Movie starts with a cute blonde being asked out by her boss. She gets upset because she works hard trying to be a reporter. Her sister tells her to not be nice aka be manipulative. She realizes her ex bf is a scientist on the project. The only reason she has access to him is because she used to give up her vagina to him. She finds him so she can get information. She asks if he is still mad. He said kind of because she left without calling or a note. She says it was eight years ago and thinks it should be okay. She lies about her intentions, acting like she just wants to see him. He leaves and she steals his video and takes it to the press so she can get ahead. He loses his job over this. She admits she lied because she failed as a reporter and needed a break, thinking that makes it okay. He gets over it and starts a relationship with her.

I'm sure this kind of thing is common and I haven't been paying attention but this is just so blatant.

Hollywood paints it as a man who wants to fuck her and is open about it is a scumbag. And she is a heroine because she lies and uses her body to move up in the world.

Outrageous.
