I have only a few employees, but I try to hire male when I can, and failing that I hire ugly women over 50. If I ever get accused of harassment I can hold up a picture of my ex-wife in court, then say to the jury, "Really? Are you kidding me? No offense, but there's not enough Viagra in the world!" And that's exactly what I would do, too.

I have a body cam turned on whenever I'm dealing with females, either employees or customers, and I have my workplace littered with video surveillance (I save the footage indefinitely...I write off the cost of the hard drives as a business expense), so the odds of me being falsely accused are slim, but still...
