Many will argue that you should not have any relationship with a woman (and they have good reasons) and that's fine for them. I mostly agree. I would say that you should not enter into any legal contracts (marriage). You might be able to cohabitate, but it's a huge risk to you since (assuming you are in a country with western values) you will basically be in a position where she can simply make up stories to tell the authorities and put you in to a world of hurt.

The real problem is that even if you believe you've found a unicorn (a woman that doesn't seem to be like the majority) and you establish a relationship with her, you are still at the mercy of a very skewed legal system (in 85% of domestic dispute calls it is the man that leaves in handcuffs but we know that women instigate just as much as men) and people can and very often do change over time. Thus, you might be alright for some time but eventually things will change and you will be the one that pays the price when she decides she needs more than what you provide her.

Does MGTOW believe in women of value?

No woman has sufficient value for me to justify signing a contract with her and the state that makes me liable to her for continued financial support if we separate.

It's a bad idea to even let them cohabitate with you because she can DV you out of the residence at a moment's notice, whether or not you are having sex.

Is it frowned upon to enter a relationship with one?

It depends on who you ask. MGTOW seems to have several schools of thought:

MGTOW with women who are, for all intents and purposes, girlfriends.
MGTOW with fuck-buddies (spin plates).
MGTOW who are porn exclusive.
MGTOW who P4P.
MGTOW who are pro-sexdoll/sexbot.
MGTOW who are celibate (NoFap/NoPussy).

Women entail risk. It depends on how much risk you are willing to accept for whatever 'value' you believe she is offering.

Do what you want, just act with caution. It's your own path to walk. The idea is to base your own happiness on your own actions and being. To that end, partners are only accoutrements.

The problem is you never find out whether they are women of value until it's too late. My first wife was a fucking bitch near the end (6 years) but I could see the signs in the beginning (got her pregnant). My second wife seemed like a dream compared. Now after 15 years of marriage suddenly over the last year she's changed as she approaches 40 and is a nightmare. I only stay because I don't want to get divorce raped and be a part time dad.

There is no such thing as a quality women. They play this act until you marry them and have kids. They'll wait it out for 10 years until alimony is at play and then turn on you once they realize they can have your shit without you.

Basically don't allow your relationships with others to jeopardize your own well-being.

If being cheated on damages your well-being then it might be best to stay single.

It's not really about opposition to anything except self detriment.
