Think about it, it doesn't exist in any other spices. Dogs don't howl in pain when they're in labor. Chickens don't squaw in pain when they lay eggs. Look it up on YouTube. Yeah there're breathing heavier but they actually look like they are enjoying it. I just don't think something as natural as childbirth should involve torture like pain like women claim.
