Men aren't killed by female partners anywhere near the rates that women are killed by male partners.

I proposed several contributing reasons. First was the obvious physical difference in ease to murder a woman as opposed to a man.

I also proposed that most men live in the bubble of the women are wonderful effect. They don't expect betrayal from a woman. What is going to send you over the edge and into a murderous psychosis? A betrayal you expect or one you don't? Very often the instigating effect for murder lies on the spectrum of completely unexpected abandonment to unfaithfulness. On the other hand this isn't so the other way around because society tells women they can't trust or rely on a man.

She was pretty riled up by now, but exploded as I went on to say that the solution to this is to dismantle women's pure image to men from an early age. To simply say look, this is what life is, and what happens and happened to many men before you. Sure go love a woman, but don't grow delusional about what it is you two really have together.

At this point she went crazy with anger and kept verbally attacking me with the likes of misogynist and piece of shit scum.
