I have a lot of anger and hate inside me regarding women and the state of gender relations today. I don't expect it to last forever, it comes and goes generally. I have no issue with it but I find myself wasting a lot of time thinking about the same things again and again.

Other than the gym, what are some better ways to utilise all this energy and determination. I'm a person who likes to spend time productively and wonder what else I can be doing other than getting angry all the time, if that makes sense.

Use it as motivation instead of validation.
