Even in my pre-MGTOW, Blue Pill days I was highly resistant to buying girls drinks. Even then, I knew that girls would probably use me for free drinks all night, and then keep their legs shut after emptying my wallet. Because of this, I’ve had a rule my whole life of NEVER buying girls drinks. Only once did I have to buy a drink many years ago, when a young woman bumped into me, and her and her enormous thug boyfriend demanded that I buy her a new one. I was in a rough new city, and this guy looked like a hardened criminal, so I wouldn’t have stood a chance. I bought a cheap drink, handed it to her without looking, and walked off. My friend said that she looked disappointed at my lack of fear – as if she was enjoying her attempt to terrorize me with her thug protector.

tl;dr: If you want to waste your money, throw it down the toilet. It’s less effortful than buying women drinks.
