No. They don't. They are naturally risk adverse, and historically - they are usually preserved for reproduction and are only happy to breed with the winners. It's just a different person at the top of the hierarchy. They dont care - they just want the top.

Women will take on the culture of whatever they view s the dominant one. The Britons with the Romans and Saxons, your example above, and actually, the Germans (and Austrians) with the Russians. It's survival and also whatever women view as more beneficial for their offspring. Probably one of the reasons that feminists are so close to Islam. They view it as dominant and want it here and everywhere else because of that. (Just conjecture.)

Back in the cave man days ... bearing children required resources.

Any woman that resisted a conqueror/rapist from her neighbor tribe much to violently got killed in and hence those genes got expelled from the gene pool. "Switch side" and you still got to procreate.

Men who didn't protect their women and offspring to the very best of their abilities didn't get to have any children.

I think a whole bunch of both male and female behavior patterns can be explained by this evolutionary history.

Xeno/Islamo-phobia are bullshit categorizations invented to shame non-PC individuals into compliance with PC norms. Remember that first and foremost we are hormonal creatures. Intelligence plays second fiddle. Anytime that women get the impression that the shit is hitting the fan ... such as immediately after 9/11... they spread their legs and start fucking. Since this is a survival reaction naturally they're looking for the father who they perceive as offering the best chance for their offsprings survival. Ideology plays no role in this.

Humans are predominantly a female exogamous primate. That means the females leave the band and join other bands upon sexual maturity. This is our incest avoidance strategy. This results in groups of closely related males and forms the basis of our patriarchal society.

As a result, females have evolved the emotional and cognitive abilities to assimilate into new groups better than males. They are also well adapted to accept and be receptive to new males upon the dethroning of their old mates.

In fact, this behaviour even pre-dates humanity. An example would be male lions killing cubs of previous males upon winning a new pride to bring the females into heat.

Loyalty, honour, camaraderie are male values adapted for strong kinship and confers advantages in intergroup conflict between bands of closely related males against other bands of closely related males.

Acquiring more females have also routinely been the motivation of intergroup conflict as mentioned above. So females who tend not to adapt well to multiple shifts in group allegiance did not survive to pass this trait off to future generations. (War bride theory).

The only time a female is truly unconditionally loyal and loving to a male would be to her male child. The mother child bond is the strongest of any bond. This is of course the case in normal functioning humans.

It would be foolish of a man to expect the same kind of maternal love from a genetically unrelated female.

Nah, they have a natural instinct to protect their children. That, and the fact that they look angelic in their teens is their one redeeming qualities.
