Its true that transitional surgeries help these people change to a sex they want and prevent them from committing suicide, but what about their potential partner?

Hence I think homosexuality is fine as it is, guys who are attracted to guys, date other guys with similar preference and same applies with the women. No one is being deceived in a way.

Heck, I know a homosexual male who cross dresses as a female, he's very thin already and he can get away looking like a woman. He's dating a bi-sexual woman who dresses like a man, short hair, muscles.... and they have sex like normal heterosexual couples... it is what it is.

she makes sense about the stigma. More guys would be open to being with trans women if they weren't shamed or seen as weird or inferior for it. It's also possible some guys don't even consider being with trans women just because of the stigma. In short, if there was no stigma, more guys would be into them. We don't know how many exactly though.
