You have to realize, the media and "out cry" from whiners will affect his career.

You think he actually wants to lose 1.5 Million dollars? But if he wants to keep that 8+ million dollar per movie salary, he needs to sacrifice this 1.5 million dollars.

SJWs and whiners do not care about legalities or contracts it seems.... the developed world is FUCKED. Something has to be done, you cannot shame someone who is not doing anything wrong.

Look, I am one of those who questions CEOs getting multi-million dollar raises or bonuses per year but cuts staff or employees... its an ethical problem deep down, but results of capitalism squeezing that extra few percentages then rewards the person or persons monetary for doing so... I think there should be a balance and some form of ethics overall..

But in regards to Mark Wahlberg and Michelle Williams case... clearly, she and her agent was aware of how common re-shoots are in filming and they accepted the condition that the payment or contract was adequate. Mark Wahlberg in the other hand, knows he is an A-lister or has demanded more money for re-shoots.... and everyone involved with that contract... AGREED.

I dont think Mark Wahlberg is a mangina... he is doing what needs to be done to "appease" the whiners and SJWs who will not stop until he is taken down if he doesnt do anything about it.

I absolutely love Boogie nights, imo it's his best work, and the movie has so great atmosphere and music. However, a little while I go, I read an interview where he said he never even saw the full movie himself, and that his biggest regret was being in it. Now, he's doing this.
