You are free to take this advice with a pinch of salt, and it will not apply to everyone, I get that. But if you are married with kids, especially if you are a new father pay attention.

Even if you're going through a good patch now, divorce for many men is a certainty. And I'm not going into detail about how the mother is automatically awarded the primary care giver role, neither am I going to mention how many times the mother simply jumps back on the CC, taking the kids along for the ride, neither how mothers have a way of alienating their sons from the fathers post divorce because they're so full of hatred towards the father.

It happens so often, it's hardly news.

What this advice is about is giving you at least a viable legal way to fight a custody battle.

If you're the type of father who doesn't give 2 fucks about his kids anyway, this advice is not for you. If you happen to have married a bitch who however is more responsible with kids than you are, nothing to see here.

No this advice is specifically for responsible men who end up on the foul side of the law in a custody battle, the mother of their children really has no business having kids, and the kids will suffer having been defaulted to the mother.

Within the law you really have 2 sure ways to win a custody battle as a man. Technically 3, if you include the option where the mother automatically defaults this right from her own accord, this hardly ever happens, since children also get used as a weapon and revenge tactic.

  1. There has to be evidence of physical child abuse. Verbal abuse will not fly. Psychological abuse IS NOT enough. The courts will default the primary care giver role to the father if there is hard evidence that the mother is physically abusing the kids. And this shit needs to be current, not years in the past.

  2. The mother has a drug problem. Alcohol abuse IS NOT ENOUGH. The laws are getting laxed on Pot (Marijuana) too. But in some countries / states Pot will suffice. But anything else eg: Crack, Heroine, Cocaine, E, A , MDMA, etc. Any evidence to the abuse of this will default the primary care giver role to the father.

Now a bit more on this, because by evidence in both situations, the police must be involved. It simply is not enough to document the above without involving the authorities.

The authorities must be involved, charges laid and an official paper trail created.

That's all I'm going to say. How you use this information is up to you, hopefully you will never need to but it's good knowledge to have either way.
