Early in our Republic, only white male adult property owners were allowed to vote (in most states). After the civil war, we gained the Fifteenth Amendment. This Amendment, among many other things, granted the right to vote to any free man (white or black!) upon the condition he was eligible for the draft (among a few other conditions as well).

Then, women ~~bitched and moan~~ fought for the right to the vote and earned it. However, they were granted this right (by men) without the added stipulation that was put on men. The responsibility of suffering the consequences of your vote.

So women grew into the political arena with absolutely zero skin in the game on a global scale, and yet are the demographic that most largely demands massive conformity (globalism).

I wonder if that influences how casually they could lead a nation to war.

Women were not allowed to vote because they weren't involved in public affairs. Women were involved in domestic affairs and as such ruled the household. Once they started to work in areas other than their homes/property they began to want to vote for things. Democracy just happened to be the political system men chose to govern themselves at the time that women started to work outside the home. Women chose Monarchy to rule domestic affairs- though there's really no place for democracy at the household level.
