Although the internet can be a shithole, it's not as fucked up as the usual women. You have to ask yourself this: If someone holds frame "all the time" what is the end game of this? It's being a robot.

There are major downsides to this. If you dont express your feelings it can change your whole career and your ambitions. We need pain, we need suffering and playing it cool won't help fucking anyone.

THIS has happend to countless of PUA's. It shows you how rigged the game can be. It's almost like pro gaming: You can only make money in pro gaming if you win a lot, if not, most of the time. With women its essentially better to hold "frame" but what many "players" dont realize is that sets you behind in many other areas in life. It's not authentic. It's not even manly. It's not saying: OK im miserable right now.

I will say it again. Without pain and the acceptance of feelings there can be no growth. If you fake it alle the time or hold it up most likely your life won't change the way it should change. Pain essentially is a feedback mechanism. And this is not fucking bullshit right here, most men are able to hold frame but they are not able to hold it all the time.
