Got back on the juice after a few year's layoff. I'm happy to report that monk mode is going great and will be finished this september. Meanwhile I've managed to advance at my job and change my body composition entirely.

However, the gear has a knack for making me more of an asshole, and at my SJW-filled, PC-toxic workplace, it can get a man in trouble.

Out of necessity, I've devised a mental technique which has been quite successfull in both raising my confidence and stopping me from getting mad.

This is going to sound weird, but whatever. Maybe it will help someone.

With my test levels high and carbs way down, I project a "glass box" in front of my face wherever I go. True communication happens between the eyes, and it is this line of sight in which I place the box. It's transparent and about the size of a casket.

People will test you, and try and get you angry and riled up. However, whatever they communicate must first go into this glass box where I can see it for what it is, and respond with tact and preternatural calm.

It's like this thing gives you extra time to weigh the words of others and filter them down to their true meaning. I don't meditate, but I do work out and take nature walks. This has been integral in keeping me level-headed.

Twice I've forgotten about the box and let someone get a rise out of me. However it has helped me 20 times. It's like living in a slight haze, always having to be mindful and calculated.

It also has a side effect of making me more self-aware. For example, I know that my writing style seems robotic. I also know that I instill a sense of dread in live communication, when I want to. I can be charming when needed. I know when a woman is interested and I can control my "tells" better.

Take from this what you will.
