I was thinking earlier about why some of these girls let their bodies go. They would get so much more in life(they already have a lot) if they simply watched their weight. They could get anything they wanted.

Shows the complete lack of integrity and responsibility. Why would anyone want to hire or be with one of these fatties? Land whales are everywhere now.

Like some said here, calories in vs out. (I am a CPT) There are such things as healthy and bad calories.

Oh ya and walking once in your life might help. No, walking to get a donut doesn't count.
