Bit late with this but thought I'd try and help a brother out as best I can. I'm 54 and have worked with primarily women for the past 25 years in an educational institution in Vancouver (not the epicenter known as Toronto but we're definitely in the fallout zone). I've seen some shit man, and I have the scars to prove it. Here are a few things that may help you: * As previously mention by others in this thread document EVERYTHING. Dates/time/details/witnesses/etc whenever something makes you feel uncomfortable. * If your company has an HR department do not expect any assistance. In fact, expect the opposite. Deal with HR only when absolutely necessary. * If you are in a union, again, don't expect any assistance. In my experience unions are just as infected as the rest of our culture with this scourge, if not worse. * When you have an idea for a work related project never express it verbally to your female co-workers. They will look you right in the face 5 minutes after you tell them and tell you it was their idea without batting an eye. Always express ideas in writing with your name attached whenever possible. * If you are a person that needs positive feedback or a pat on the back for a job well done FORGET IT. * Mindfully avoid any conflict whatsoever. If you feel shit going south remove yourself from the situation. * NEVER (can't emphasize this enough) engage in workplace gossip or politics. This is tricky because if you're not with'em your agin'em. They will do their best to draw you in and they are clever fucks. When put in a position where you have to respond keep it as benign as possible. * If there are large (as in landwhales) women in your workgroup avoid them like the plague. These women are addicted to endorphines. Nothing makes this type of person feel better than the sick sense of power they get from harassing men. * Keep your eyes and ears open. Contribute when and where necessary and stick to your job description. * Learn to meditate if you don't already. It is the best possible way to gain insight into yourself and your nature. You have no idea what will eventually happen.

The only thing you can do is make sure you're doing your job, they're not making you do their job, they're not fucking with your job, and that's it.

The billions of combinations of fuckups that could happen can not be documented. It would fill all of reddit to try.

Instead the smart intellect will compile ever-changing patterns and determine any actual real hostility, any actual real ammo to use against you, any actual real pattern of fraud or incompetence with your company, department, etc., and figure out a way to escape.

That's either throw them under the bus (fired) or leave (quit)

Having worked in mostly female workplaces before now this might be enhanced, but I've always found that a year into new job one of the married coworkers will start to fixate and want to bang you, mainly just as you're there more hours than their partner. Turn them down and it's 'he's gay' whispers until you leave. I've never really worked out how to handle this

Don't even communicate with them if you have to. Play it professionally. Been working with 90% woman faculty in a Hillary-infested zone. Thankfully I'm the guy who fixes their computer problems and does a damn good job at it. They have nothing on me if I bring up Trump as my candidate. But I never will because you are supposed to keep politics out of work, period.

Focus only on your job, like a robot.
No fraternizing with coworkers.
No expression of personal opinion. That includes everything from job performance to religion and politics. Anything you say can be used against you.
Just pull the lever, build the widgets, and collect your paycheck.

Edit: And document everything possible to cover your ass.

One thing I've recently gotten wise to is the need to keep my finances in good shape(minimize debt, maximize savings). The hammer could come down any day and you can find yourself out of the job with little/no warning. At work I just try to keep everything professional and totally impersonal.

Always keep records. Especially if there's instant message and e-mail at your work. If they do or say something stupid. Keep it. Show it to your manager and HR. That will shut them up.

Blend in, remember they are not paying you to be mgtow there, just do your task. Might want to have a plan B for if things go bad. Hopefully stop working there if you have enough money/ can afford it.

Best policy is to not get drunk at the office party. Definitely go home before people start planning for the "after party" at said party.
Never discuss your personal life to anyone especially females.

New woman boss took over my department thus year. Now 4 of our 11 staff are leaving at the end of the year. Pretty depressing.

i carry a little notebook and i write down everything anyone says. i take it as 'law' and revisit the book when someone acts against things they said previous. if its some ridiculous argument with people being particularly belligerent, i have them sign the quotes i write down. people start to speak more thoughtfully after a few tirades. a couple of characters in movies do it. its effective. the best thing you can do, is to dramatically flip to the back, for repeat offenders, and start writing snide notes under a heading that states: COMPLETELY FULL OF SHIT and be obvious about it. normally they try to take the book or pen away from you. in which case, you stop them slowly and ask rhetorically "im sorry. are you aware you just assaulted me? in front of witnesses no less... " then write that whole event down. and mumble something to yourself about what your Ethics Officer or HR dept might have to say about coworkers assaulting you... and walk off. but never stop writing. if they take it that far, just scoff something like 'good thing i record everything on my phone...'
