Absolutely no point to this article. Divorced woman talking about how people are still so very single and that both genders have been led astray. How about our new reality is that there is so much opportunity to choose from, that most of us don't like monogamy or settling down anymore because we don't need to, and there is little to no value in it anymore.

Only the most family driven men and women are truly interested in marriage anymore, and they are only married for the purposes of creating families. So those who don't want families, have no reason to get married or stay in a relationship long term.

I have never been a macho. I was always convinced there was something more to discover with women. In this false belief I gave so much of myself. I was dominant to the point where a girl actually said: "Wow, I have never been with a guy who is so strong and yet so calm". I have been honest about feelings and emotions to the point where the women would get confused.

It never changed the facts: I have tried to discover this additional value of women to my life for 20 years... but have simply given up. Besides having three warm moist holes, all women I have met have nothing to give that I don't already have. Sorry.

There's guys on Youtube that I have never met and yet I feel a deeper connection with them, I feel more appreciation for them as persons than I have felt for most women that I have been in relationships with.

The comment about "emotions have purpose" is a veiled assertion that female ways of thinking and being are better than male ones, that prioritizing feelings over facts (feels over reals) is valid, is useful, is not a disaster. This sentence is a covert supremacist claim that female is better than male.

Maybe this comes from spending a fair amount of time swiping right and realizing that snagging a quality catch requires more than what they have been doing in the past; that their conventional ideas of manliness, and furthermore, their entitlement, have led them toward their ruin, just as my need for their attention has led me to mine

Oddly enough, here she is sort of right. Hypergamy does lead to the ruination of women (and men!)
