I've heard of this happening sometimes. A man is offered a promotion and turns it down, or he doesn't even apply to begin with. All so that he doesn't have more responsibilities or more work. I used to look down on men like this but now, post-MGTOW, I can see that trading a little more money for less stress/more free time may not be such a bad idea or strategy, even in the workplace.
