I was talking to him last night about how his divorce precedings were going. A few months ago he first got gouged by having to pay nearly 3,500 bucks a month in alimony when he brings home something close to 6 to 6.5K a month. His soon to be ex wife drives a BMW while he drives a 20 year old car that he fixes and keeps running himself. Even though his name is on the car loan for the BMW, he's not allowed to sell it. As part of the alimony he has to keep the car payments and insurance paid on the car or he is in contempt of court. He's not allowed to sell the BMW and he's not able to get the car from her. He's living with roommates while she lives alone in their house that he's paying the mortgage on. She has been successful at getting the court date pushed back in which he is appealing the alimony situation. He's been through several lawyers, it's extremely frustrating for all of us that see him going through this. This is exactly why MGTOW exists, this exactly why we have to say no to marriage and all the bullshit that comes with it.
