Even before I realized what I was I always got along better with people that were classically considered red pilled. Even beta redpillers (it really is a thing) I've always had great relationships with.

I work in retail atm and move around a lot or managers move around a lot. But my best personal (not professional) relations with managers have always been those that are obviously redpilled from day to day life.

We shoot the shit, talk about past experiences, all that jazz. But when work needs to be done, it's fucking done. On the other hand beta managers never talk and just do work. I've only gotten promoted through "asshole" managers.

I'm just interested why you're more value to other men for being redpilled. Obviously in a work scenario it makes sense, but why in an everyday scenario are we better friends with pretty much the competition rather than the betas that surround us?

I'm just wondering since it's an interesting concept
