I have that same crazy dream and I think many men have a version of that dream, so why not pursue it as much as reasonably possible? What you are going through is the red pill depression phase.

You have learned enough to now look back on your life and see all of the interactions with females you've had for what they were.

And yes it is a punch in the gut. That's normal. Just let it flow over you. It is just a bunch of cultural and biological programming being flushed away. The emptiness is illustrative of how much of your life was based on them and winning their approval.
