My parents just work and do their hobbies they don't care. Pretty blue pill. Following any of the advice above would have cost me dearly.

Mostly they have given me no advice at all.

They are both engineers and intelligent - a surprising number of intelligent engineers are very blue pill.

EDIT: Oh and they expected me to go into the divorce court grinder, pay alimony AND get a nice place the kids can visit at. Thanks, but no thanks - anyone want something from me in the future they can blow me first.

Not really my father is somewhat "beta" but the only thing he says is to do what my mother says or dont have an attitude with her, any other woman i can do whatever.

Oddly enough he doesn't even look like a typical beta. He always looked masculine, tall, and was fairly athletic and strong.

Alpha isn't about strength, endurance, height. It is about being willing to stand up for your self and set limits. Alpha is attitude, not (physical) endowment.

As a corollary, you can't (necessarily) life your way out of being a beta. If mass gives you confidence, it can help; so can a sense of having accomplished something (even if that is just big muscles.) But this is not automatic, or necessary per se.

It was different times and it depends on how old your parents are. Since I'm a believer in the "Jewspiracy" I am of the persuasion where being romantic "blue pill" or "purple pill" used to kind of work before the Jews ratched up the shit out of feminism. If your parents were of the Silent Generation (Gen-X Mgtows), not the Baby Boomer generation, that was the last generation where blue/purple could work and you'll still find some couples today that were married at age 20 and have been together 50+ years. Yes, it really happens, and the couples that made it will inform you about half the couples they knew either divorced or had infidelities - either they system the had was flawed or feminism and Jewry found its way in.

So when you say "Beta as fuck" - for the Silent Generation, that's all they knew, and that's what was working for them at the time so that's what they're going to pass on. They're not idiots, they just don't get that times have changed and the old ways are seriously unreliable methods of heterosexual connectivity.

The reason Red Pill is as popular (relative term) as it is, is because of feminism. You could say the Blue Pill was "the age of romance" and the red pill is "the age of realism." Feminism completely destroyed the age of romance. Destroyed it and full-on desecrated it, over and over and over again. The genders used to lie to each other and they enjoyed it. Nowadays that's impossible, stupid, and foolhardy.

Yeap. Not the turning to evil chad/abuser part though. I got bullied for quite a few times. For first two duration when I asked for advice, I was told to "endure" and not to lash out. Third time I lashed out which at least shut up my mom (who was the bully), for a while (she wanted me to remain AFC, I was overseas).

He gave shitty advice when I was going through divorce, gets bossed around by my mom, whereas I escaped that after swallowing the pill. He is pretty useless in management, because he doesn't want to fire a lazy, egotist lady who never does what we want and instead tells me indirectly to learn to deal with her. And still tries to put me under his rules.

My Dad used to constantly ask me "So, when are the kids coming?" almost everytime I saw him while I was married. And he always had these stories to tell about how me and my 2 sisters were such a pain in the ass growing up, me asking for expensive shoes, my sister failing to pay on an auto loan he cosigned for, etc.
Why the fuck would I have kids after all of these stories you tell me?
He passed away a couple years ago and after reflecting on his life it solidified my decision to go MGTOW. He spent a large portion of his life supporting my mom and raising my two sisters. And all three of them basically turned on him in his last 6 months of his life. The very people that he wasted all of his resources on made his life a living hell at the end. I won't let it happen to me. I don't even talk to my mom and sisters anymore, and I won't be wasting my resources on women. I'll live the rest of my life in solitude and peace.

For me it was the opposite. My dad was beta as fuck and since I was a child he was always telling me now to be the evil chad/alpha/abuser/whatever the current masculine boogey man in his head was. And how I would probably grow up to be an abused of women, because all women are precious and all men are violent, women beaters.

I have trouble making sense of this. The second sentence says he was telling you how to be alpha, but I don't think that is what you meant. The third sentence contains the ungrammatical "abused of women". Do you mean "abused by women" or "abuser of women"?

I guess I was lucky to have my parents. They were both alcoholics. My mom was incredibly abusive, however, my dad hardly ever let that frustrate him. He was not abusive, while my mom was always threathening my dad, me and my sister.

I say I was lucky, because it was their disfunctionality, which went on for much too long, that showed me that being alone isn't such a bad thing. I have been avoiding my parents, even though I was living with them, until I was about 17 years, when I went off to university to get my degree. It was this avoiding behavior that gave me opportunities to live my life by my own rules, to learn what is right and to simply educate myself without being taken in by their conflict.

Only years later did they separate and to this day I can not understand why they did not see that they should have done that much sooner. To this day, my mom comments on anything my dad does. She is still playing the victim, which infuriates me like nothing else. After separation my mom held her hand up and got half. My dad bought her out so he got to keep the house. My mom, never having worked a day in her life, did not seek employment immediately, so on top of that came alimony.

I hardly ever speak to my mother. Sometimes she would tell me "You will get there..." but she never specifies what she means with that. Of course I know what she means. She means having a family and all that shit she showed me does not work.

And here I am; A father of two. Living alone with my children. No wife. No girlfriend. It is actually the sort of family I imagined when I was a kid. "Oh how nice would it be if they would just separate and I could have separate relationships with both of them without all the fighting and abuse."

I'm extremely thankful for my father who never took shit from anyone and for my mother who actually pretty much agrees with me on most things. I truly believe that if you have a strong character, you can influence your parents or at least make them see your point. Not that you need to or anything.

Mother- ruined my life in a lot of ways by turning me into a bluepill niceguy faggot.

They both blame each other if I did something wrong instead of teaching me something. Seriously, all my father taught me was 'nothing(seriously)' when I was a kid. Yet he wants me to be successful at everything so he can brag about how good of a father he is. Irony was that he used to scream at me for sitting in the house all day while he himself made ZERO effort in teaching something while raising his son.

I made about this that I later deleted. I brought a situation where parent's initative (expecially mothers) for their children(especially boys) to be well off financially was to leech off them later in life. But I was downvoted because people said mothers loved their sons.
