Never gonna happen. Every woman you know is aware of paternity fraud and they never say anything because they do it or some woman they know does it. There is no honor when it comes to reproduction. They want to have babies and lock someone down to pay for it. And many cases support that and their actions.

No court will support it not because DNA tests costs money, but then random guys can't get stuck with the bill. This is the true nature of humanity. Reproduction without any honor or integrity. Also note she did it on her deathbed.

That is how women work. They hide it until there cannot be any backlash. Just ask your mom/aunt/female friends/coworkers if they know it and why they don't tell us about it.

Every dude should be doing some secret DNA testing anyway. It is now getting so cheap and so reliable that its something you can easily hide. Hell if you want do pick up a new sport, pick up the sport of covertly DNA testing your friends and their kids. Figure out some fun way to notify them anonymously.

This is all coming to an end anyway. With services like Ancestry and 23andme becoming more and more popular more people will be getting DNA tests to learn about their lineage. These new programs tell you who in their system you are also related to and when entire families start taking these tests it will be difficult to hide this stuff.

Women have been able to do this branch swinging covertly for hundreds of generations and only until the last few years has technology enabled the common man to discover this and call them on their bullshit.

Never gonna happen. All it can do is prove you are not the father. Doesn't prove who is the father, unless that guy is willing to submit a DNA sample. And, if you are proven to not be the father, then the state has a "fatherless" child to support. Can't have that, can we?

The argument women make as to WHY babies shouldn't be DNA tested at birth? Get this... because it will hurt the baby! LOL I'm not kidding! That is actually the argument they make! That is just how FUCKING STUPID, LAME and CREEPY women are. You know how you take a DNA test? Get a drop of saliva. That's it. And babies are FAUCETS of saliva running constantly.

So what ALL fathers need to do is get the babies saliva and have the DNA test done yourself in secret and if it comes back negative and the baby is not yours, very quietly go to court, file a petition that states here is my DNA proof the child is not mine and I wave all legal rights to this child and I am not legally responsible and then they will set a court date for the mother to show up and she'll sure have the shock of her life.

But be quick! A lot states only give you a tiny window of time to contest paternity- they turn these extremely personal, private and important issues into a kind of sick game show, "Oh you're almost to the dead line, will her make it?!?"

This also needs to be addressed from the point of view of the children. A child has the right to know who their genetic parents as so many diseases have a genetic element to them. By withholding this information the real fraud is being committed against the child.

Agree. Also, judges should be voted in by the people. Seen a few threads here lately of judges awarding child support to a mother despite no DNA evidence. There needs to be a way for shitheel judges to be kicked to the curb for abuses of power like this.

I'd prefer that the financial burden of childrearing be moved entirely to the mother. She's the birth parent without question, it cannot be argued she wasn't present for the conception, nor that she didn't willingly bring the pregnancy to term.

If a woman wishes to negotiate a financial arrangement with a man to raise a child that onus should be on her. It should be a private arrangement and the government should only become involved in the event of breach of contract.

If a man wants to freely cuck himself that's his choice, if a man wants to have the prudence of a paternity test prior to signing a document that's his choice.

Women have full reproductive control, it's only reasonable that they have full responsibility for the consequences thereof.

You are looking at things from the perspective of "morality" (which is a man-made concept). Yes, perhaps a man who marries a woman and pays for the children "should" be the one who has the right to spread his DNA into the future. "Should" being the key word here.

However, from an evolutionary perspective, an alpha Chad's superior DNA would be a better candidate for survival (for the species) even if a fat beta mangina had to provide for it. I think deep down society realizes this which is why they have never and will never make DNA testing a condition for child support. They expect men who don't like these terms to just opt out of the gene pool. How many men today really care about spreading their DNA anyway? They care more about their hair, abs, car or video games.

I partly agree. I would rather have the courts accept the DNA reports than make it compulsory for DNA testing.

Imagine, the court says, "the mother of the child needs support, since you are the man and disposable, take responsibility and pay up" and enforces it while rejecting your DNA reports. You will be pretty screwed and forced to pay to raise someone else's brat, knowing you can't do anything about it. Also, it will enable women to find more chances to cheat, just to get a response from the man.

In a system, if one person needs to live in luxury, another person has to suffer. Previously when slavery was rampant, the slaves suffered, now men suffer. So I doubt anything that will help men will get rejected in court. Even if it did gain momentum, how will you contend with the vote of majority of blue pill manginas?

Governments don't really want routine paternity tests (extreme example: France bans paternity tests).

Social and family stability, even if through a web of lies, is better than the government having to deal with the mess and paying welfare to even more single mothers.

The facade of a "normal family" is more appealing, and has least possibility of causing social issues.

Very well said. Women are a demographic majority, and they control the majority of consumer spending. This is why, regarding gender issues, the world we're living in keeps getting weirder and weirder. You shouldn't think of women as reasonable adults.
