The solution is to avoid women and treat the male sex drive as something that is no different to the drive to defecate and to urinate.

Treat the need to want to fuck as a mere biological function you have to get over with and when you have to get it over with, jerk it off and move on.

No I am not advocating for puritanism but I am being practical and trying to make the most out of this "Yes Means Yes" bullshit.

Our sex drives are satiated, we do not deify our sex drives, we ignore women as sexual providers and in doing so make them irrelevant.

This law is BS! If it is a crime, why does it only apply to college students. Why not expand it to all women in New York State? What it's wrong to rape college women but perfectly okay to rape everyone else? Also, there is such a thing as marital rape. So "Yes means yes" should apply to married women too. Why only protect college women.

No one calls these politicians on their BS. If "Yes means yes" is the only way to protect a woman then the law should apply to all women even the married women.

The bullshit won't stop until there is a radical change in the whole University system. What this looks like to me is a long term shift to turning Universities into "Women safe spaces". This horseshit doesn't come out of STEM studies - it comes out of the humanities and social studies departments. (I refuse to give either of those fields the name "science" because they are just bullshit.)

Until the day that those departments of fuzzy logic are cleaved out of schools of higher learning this kind of horseshit will just keep growing.

If I was a teen looking at where to go after finishing high school, I'd still be looking at going to University, but trying to get in and out as fast as possible. Keep a laser sharp focus on the end goal - avoid romantic entanglements, stay out of the party scene, become the proverbial "Jack the dull boy".

I think the solution is for men to focus on their studies, masturbate when necessary, and ignore females. It's unfortunate that they're trying to legislate away spontaneity iin sexual relations, but that's the unfortunate reality.

I'm curious about how this law would be applied. How can someone prove that they obtained verbal consent before having sex? Even if you asked a woman to sign a consent form before sex, she could always claim that she signed under duress. Would a man have to video tape a woman's verbal consent and the subsequent sex?

This is what needs to happen. Just like how California is starting to teach this to their High School students as well. As the rules against consensual sex become stricter and stricter and women get more and more ways to backtrack and decide they were raped, the cases of men getting destroyed by the institution will become more and more prevalent. More men will see them, and they will think, "This isn't right. Something is wrong here."

I am, admittedly, fairly young and haven't had the same depth of experience as some who walk this path, but everything I see drives me further down it. When I registered to transfer into a California State University, I was sent to a page to finalize my understanding of campus rules. Where I could and couldn't ride my bike, etc. But most of the time was spent on instructing men how not to rape. The slides did not depict women asking for consent(Can I accidently brush my hand against your's? Ok?), only men. To women, it gave a few small pieces of information: What the campus security lines looked like, and to always travel in groups at night.

And god forbid you mention anything that implies women are better off than they were 10 years ago. 3/4 women around you at any given time are rabid dogs that don't bite only because you seem to broken already.

All men in NY should move to another state and never contribute another dollar to the tax base again. Problem solved. It may be easier to do if NYS secedes from all counties north of Westchester and Rockland.
