They're so awful because being interesting, funny, having hobbies are things that people learn to gain attention, make friends, and live an exciting life.

Attractive women are never starved for attention, or friends, and there are no shortage of people willing to invite them out. There is a sea of thirsty betas groveling on social media for the chance to just be in the presence of a vagina with a pretty face.

They are shitty at holding conversation because people will talk to them regardless, just to "talk to a hot girl".

They have horrible senses of humor because people laugh at their jokes to try and gain favor.

They have no hobbies outside of netflix, "hanging with friends", and shopping/makeup because they just get invited to sit passenger to everyone else's hobbies.

They can't cook, they won't clean, they won't be "degraded" to being a housewife and mother, yet they don't want the same expectations as men have, they won't waste their youth tied down to a faithful monogamous relationship, they will not settle for something good because there just might be something better, they bring nothing to the table but a warm, loose hole to stick dick into but don't you dare treat them like that's all they are.

They will NEVER be satisfied.

Only when worn down and aged to the brink of uselessness will they finally settle on some poor sap who is just happy to have a sloppy gash for his dick the couple times a month she can tolerate it.

First of all the biggest cause of putting a woman on a pedestal is having lack of sexual options. If you are a man who can't break out of that trap, you need to really start looking for drastic measures to increase your sexual options, like prostitutes.

And, I agree that most women are developmentally stunted because they thought looking good , having a hot face and hot body means they can keep a man around (this is how society used to work). All the old deals between genders are dead now. Why is nobody interested in commitment anymore? Because they have nothing to offer us other than sex and a beautiful showpiece on our arm, we CERTAINLY don't TRUST them to be the mother of our children, not after they slutted it up for decades and tried to call it innocent in the guise of "serial monogamy". They are shocked that once that initial infatuation wears off, they have very little to offer a man, in terms of charm, wit, entertainment, fun, humor. We are doing our moral duty by pumping and dumping as many chicks as we can until they figure out that all the old deals of safety and security in exchange for sex are dead, and they need to completely reinvent themselves now that they have equality, if they want commitment. Try getting an actual personality for starters, ladies,instead of being so cookie cutter generic.

I had thoughts along this line in 2000, when my girlfriend at the time and I went to a few garage sales. I picked up some interesting books for $.10 apiece about science, philosophy, etc. She looked at them and said "I would never read those." It was the first time I had really had a discussion with her about books, and I was taken aback. But why? "They just don't interest me." She was looking for Wizard of Oz collectibles.

Three Options

I was just contemplating this on my walk. If you ignore that a woman is a woman (treat her like a man) the feminists achieve their equality, but in that... I don't put a man on a pedestal. I ignore him, or I compete with him, or I friend him.

If I Ignore

• Nothing is invested, nothing is lost.

If I Compete

• I invest a lot to make sure this other loses, at the very least I make sure that this other loses resources (time, money, influence) in the process

If I Friend

• Mutually beneficial. But you got to be a really cool person and even then you don't really get to suck the life blood out of me for free.

On women may contribute

There is something to a woman that is capable of uplifting a man. I think of Michelle Obama or Hillary Clinton. Their men rose from nothing to be the leaders of the free world. That's pretty significant. If you read more into the Obama situation, you'll learn that Michelle is incredibly more talented than Mr. Obama. He'll probably admit that as well. But she's definitely an outlier.

Women in University

In general I assume the average age of the MGTOW is 30+, with a high majority in the 40+ range. That generation had much less women attend university. In my age range 30-, the majority of women are in university, but to your point, vastly under-represented in technical fields.

Women in STEM

I don't want to seem like an ass, but the women that end up in STEM typically get a LOT of help from their beta-orbiters... With engineering at like 20:1 (men:women). I've been through engineering, and it's tough to get help from the professor or your fellow students. They feel you should understand the material on your own. The girls on the other hand are much better at getting help. That's why when they finally get into the STEM profession they will leave because they are no longer viewed as the potential romantic partner, but a direct threat competitor.

Thoughts I did not complete in this comment

Women will likely remain in the M (medicine) of the STEM field, because they'll get help from many of the women already in that field. Women in that sense are good as collaborators, but the other fields are more about commerce (Science/Tech/Engineering) so there's less value in collaboration.

I've come to this conclusion as well.

Back when I was dating women, my life was filled with a lot more stress, I slept less and I was less focused overall.

Now, the top things I'm worrying about are:

Are my retirement accounts properly diversified?
Should I buy more investment/rental properties?
Am I going to buy a Ford Focus RS or another STi in 2 years?
Am I going to wait for the GTX 1080 Ti to come out or just buy a regular 1080?
What cut of steak am I going to buy to reverse-sear tonight?
