As a female here, I wholeheartedly disagree that women thrive off of drama and are irrational. There are no fundamental biological differences between sexes that limit intellectual or emotional capacity. I'm a nihilist and am studying philosophy and am fully capable of delineating arguments.

I, a woman, am not like this so therefore women are not like this. Good job delineating, we're all impressed.

I agree with the premise of the point: women tend not to be Nihilists. But your explanatory conclusion is bad enough to look like shitposting. I know that this may sound abrasively offensive, but I beg you to keep an open mind and hear me out; feel free to refute me at the end and I'll hear your response with the same open-mindedness and correct if/where I am wrong.

This is not why women are not Nihilists and indeed rather misunderstands Nihilism. One can enjoy drama and be a Nihilist. Philosophical Nihilism is about understanding that there is an answer to the question "what is the purpose of being" and the answer is "there is no purpose".
My speculation (there is not to my knowledge any study to back my claim up, so my position is anecdotal, but I'd wager on the overriding truth of it) is that women tend not to be Nihilistic for the same reason they tend not to be anti-natalistic. Women have no problem fabricating a purpose to their life, drama be damned. Women don't care about philosophical (Capital 't') "Truth" the way man do and historically have. I think it explains the same reason why philosophers tend to be male. I studied philosophy in college as one of my majors and even the females who studied it along with me very very rarely were willing to rationally challenge their religious opinions when confronted with the problems religion faces when confronted with reason.
This is because women tend not to actually care about what is or is not True, but rather they care about what is or is not socially useful. (This should ring along with the whole hypergamous mate selection bell). TLDR: yes they are "highly emotive, irrational, illogical" but that is not the primary reason they are non-nihilistic. It is because they don't care about truth, and are so narcissistic that they've never had a problem thinking that the meaning they instinctively construct for themselves is less than having some superlative divine purpose of being.

Edit 2: Post Script: You are right that if you want to make an argument (especially a theological one) with a woman go nuclear - tell here that that all her ridiculous efforts to manufacture meaning are ultimately illegitimate and deeply absurd - and of-course brace for impact lol. also you can condense it and just say "there is no god/I don't believe that shit". Same effect.
