Well it's not.

A few decades of society adopting female values will get you some of this man. You know how your dog behaves when you leave, and you return 5 minutes later and it acts like you've been gone for decades; freaking the fuck out? It's because dogs live almost entirely in the moment, just like children... and just like women. Even when they understand that this experience is transient and will change as time passes, it's just an abstraction for them. The experience of right this moment and how it feels at that time is "real" for them, and everything else is just a theory... an abstraction.

This is what feminism has robbed from you guy.

It's why delayed gratification is such a difficult concept for most women to even understand, much less embrace. A grownup not only understands the temporary nature of experience, but also stoically accepts temporary discomfort as a perfectly normal, and even necessary part of adult life.

"But I'm so lonely..."

Yeah, no shit sherlock... of course you are. There's a host of both good and bad experiences waiting for you as you travel through your life. So what's the "trick" to conquering loneliness?

There is no trick... it's fucking lonely sometimes man. There's also a whole bunch of other shit both excellent and crappy, and none of it is permanent.

It's just like how you solve any other problem in your life... you keep trying different ideas until you get traction, then you improve on that. If you are feeling <insert negative experience> it's in large part the result of what you did or didn't do before right this moment.

A smart guy once said:

Life is living with the decisions you didn't know you were making when you were 14.

Same thing as:

The best time to plant a tree is 30 years ago... the 2nd best time is right now.

Understand what you want and why women can't offer it to you. Your Loneliness is likely the result of your male mother need. You want someone that is loyal, considerate, appreciates your hard work, and always love you, no matter what. Ideally she is also very pretty and somewhat intelligent. These qualifiers will exclude 99% of women. The women that remain are extremely fucking desirable and unless you are a top 1% man will not choose you when they can do better. Sure maybe you can find one that is broken down and lacks confidence or maintain unreal frame and work super hard to try to give her the world but neither of these are sustainable and neither will make you happy. So at best you can hope for a 5-15 years before one of you breaks (people these days are far too smart to stay in declining relationships when divorce is so accepted).

Also keep in mind that there are alternatives. Sexually releases can be obtained from prostitutes, masseuses, fwbs, and or your hand. Loyalty and appreciation can be obtained from male friends. When you realize this women are no longer worth pursuing. Maybe if you put in enough time and money and got lucky you could find a unicorn. Maybe. But you'd have to fight like hell to find and get her and then you'd have to sacrifice everything to get her to stay. That's not loyalty that's slavery. Why would anyone do this when they can get male loyalty for 10% of the price and and drama free sexual release for cheap/free

Get burned enough times or watch your fellows get burned. Whenever I feel lonely or start falling for some woman I just have to remember all the friends I have that are in terrible marriages, paying alimony, and dealing with depression. I remember how they wanted me to join in their suffering like the blue pilled manginas they are. Suddenly you realize you're a sane soul in an insane world and nearly everyone is out to abuse and use you. And it aint paranoia if it's true.

indifference towards sex and romance...

well, indifference towards romance is easy since for a lot of us it is a pain in the ass and just one more hoop to leap thru in order to get sex. Don't get me wrong, romance can be fun (as long as its not too expensive) but there is no biological drive (drug addiction) for romance like there is for sex.

for me I did the bare minimum romance and tried to maximize the sex. Why give up on something as fun and exciting as sex so long as you are careful. Then after 50 (I'm 57) the addiction (hormones) fade out and it is really easy to finally be free of it.

Get rid of the 'empty' possessions you have, and make sense of the 'empty'/hazy words and concepts in your head.

It's a really slow process, but things are much simpler to deal with when there is less to be distracted by; also, you will project less onto other people, which means it will be easier to see who they are.
