Women will marry because it is a huge win for them. Men wake up to the fact that it is just state-sponsored theft and they can trust no woman to not make full use of it, so they stop marrying. Then, whether 'most girls are going to want to get married' or not is irrelevant, they don't have a choice. Only when it hurts women will the law change, as it needs to for the good of society.
For reference, marriage rates are down over 40% in the UK since 1970 (start of 2nd wave feminism), and in the US they are plummeting too. There are many women who want to get married and can't, and that number will keep on increasing.
Everybody marries someone thinking it will last forever, they all trust the woman to stay the course, yet nearly half of women bail out and rob the man blind (the great majority of divorces are brought about by the woman). That is an appalling statistic, and only a bloody fool marries knowing that. There is no upside, there is no real advantage to signing a contract with the State that even comes close to matching the huge disadvantage of what happens during divorce, coupled with what happens to the relationship itself once any possibility of dread game is removed. You don't need the State to sanction a marriage to have children even (ask any single mother), and if you think it at least means you get to see your children after the mother walks, ask Brad about that.
You can, however, arrange things so that it is much like marriage once was; that is, you remove the incentives for disloyalty and divorce. You can have a relationship with a woman, you can have children with her (with paternity test), you can make provision for her in your will, you can support her. But all that stops if she moves on. You can't get around unfair child support laws in many countries, though, which are set at levels far above what is actually needed by the child. In some countries that isn't an issue.

Anyone can go get a job making $500 a week anywhere and you would be able to survive, that's all the law should guarantee just to make sure the cunt doesn't die. I see it in two ways:
Marriage is a hugely uneven deal in case of breakup. As a contract it is very unequal. So by default you shouldn't do it, as a matter of common sense and intelligence.
These famous guys, on the other hand, can afford more and better advice than some poor schmuck, and after the carnage are still better off than most joes. Yes, they enjoy the fruits of their talent, and their error, both; but they had far more opportunities to escape the noose... or hide the wealth. They chose not to.
What really makes me mad is the poor guy who tries his best, gets raped by the bitch, loses his children and future in a way he cannot afford, condemning him to poverty and a miserable old age.

Yes, the failed marriage rate is approaching 100% if you factor in both known and undiscovered cheating by either party. All divorce stats citing "55%" etc, are basing it on.. wait for it... TEN years and still together. Doesn't count divorced after 11 years, cheating, dead bedrooms, wives who let themselves go, or couples that have to stay together for benefits or because they mutually have no other options.
Marriage is now fully retarded thanks to family court's HEAVY bias towards the woman in terms of money and custody.
I plan on remaining healthy, and having an active sex life, well into my 80s. I'd rather live alone with a dog, than be forced to fuck a 65-year old woman, ANY 65-year old woman, and not even be allowed the option of a prostitute from time to time.

2) I'm not having sex into my 80s? Have you not read about the epidemic of STDs in senior's homes? And my grandfather was fucking into his 80s so I have a genetic precedent.
