Try adopting a IDGAF attitude towards unimportant people in your life. The anger about stupid shit wont go away completely but once you can have a laugh about that stuff (with time) you are cured :)

Its like John J. Rambo said in first blood "You just dont turn it off" but you dont have to suffer for no reason.

I know the feeling. I live around the Hamilton area and see the same shit. Ever read the free 24 Hour Newsletter you get from the GO Stations? The articles in that thing make me laugh. There is no way that thing isn't ran by cucks/manginas/feminazis and SJW's. The worst part? When my fellow male co-workers tell me to read a cringe worthy article and say: Isn't that fucked up??? It's soo true. In which I nod and keep my mouth shut. I long for the day when the red pill takes center stage and I no longer have to bite my lip in the workplace anymore. Cucknada is a joke.

I can totally understand being upset by really graphic images in a public setting. I don't understand why a poster raising awareness for sex abuse victims whether they be men or women would make anyone angry or depressed though. That doesn't sound rational at all.
