1. When the employer goes stone silent on the employee, it is likely that the employee is about to be terminated. Similarly, when the wife acts cold and distant towards her husband, it is likely that he is about to get divorced.

  2. The employee (husband) must be loyal at all times in their relationship. But there is no requirement that the employer (wife) be loyal.

  3. When the employee feels wronged after being fired by his employer despite years of hard work and good performance, he is simply told to "move on" and "get over it." When the husband is divorced by his wife he is told the same.

  4. It is acceptable for the employer (and the wife) to act in self interest. But the employee (or the husband) who dares act selfishly will be shamed, if not punished.

  5. The employer gains the most monetarily from its relationship with the employee, as does the wife in marriage.

  6. The employer throws a few bones to the employee for his services. The husband occasionally gets starfish sex from his wife after slaving away for his family.

  7. An employer's words and promises to the employee are never set in stone, much like the wife's are to the husband.

  8. The employee (husband) must always be truthful to the employer (wife). But the employer (wife) can withhold any information from the employee (husband) at any time, and without regret.

  9. The employee is always subordinate to the employer. In marriage, the husband is always subordinate to the wife.

  10. The employer can fire the employee whenever it wants, and suffer no penalty for doing so. Similarly, the wife can divorce her husband on a whim.

  11. The employer desires to pay the employee at the lowest rate it can get away with. The wife gives as little sex to her husband throughout their marriage as she can possibly get away with.

  12. An employee with options is a threat to the employer. A husband with options is a threat to the wife.

  13. The employee begs his employer for a raise. The husband begs his wife for sex.
