It is a scientific paper on the economics of human sexuality. The jist is that women barter their sexuality for access to male resources. One of the tactics they use it trying to keep the price of female sexuality artificially high via various tactics to artificially limit supply of female sexaulity. Slut shaming (which despite what feminists and the media say, is a tactic women use on each other, not something men use on women). Opposition to porn and prostitution are also tactics (women are more likely than men to support banning porn or prostitution).

Basically, this is an effort by women to keep the price of female sexuality artificially high so they can use it to gain access to male resources. The more alternatives and the better alternatives men have (porn, prostitutes, sluts, realistic sex toys and sex robots) the less incentivized men are to barter their resources for access to female sexuality. So women and their simps use shame and legal prohibition against men who attempt to use alternatives.

On the subject of the paper, here is an interesting factoid. Cultures where women are not able to support themselves financially are more likely to support female genital mutilation. The unspoken goal is that in cultures where women cannot support themselves financially, the women are more likely to mutilate themselves and each other to make sex painful, which will decrease the rates of casual sex (driving up the cost of sex for men). Basically women promote female genital mutilation as a way to drive up the cost of sex in cultures where women cannot support themselves and are dependent on men. In cultures where women are more financially independent, the practice declines.

Pornography and prostitution are not sex, they are acts of violent coercion. Sex is a relational encounter and the parties engaged must be free, consenting and involved. If the other ‘part’ of the relation is bought then in our view it’s not sex but violence against a person.

There is a reason "hysteria" is considered the most pathological condition of women.

On the one hand, we have heard ad nauseum by the feminist movement that they resent having to have any kind of interpersonal relationship with men as a matter of principle. They call any sort of desire for a relationship with a woman, and most certainly an intimate relationship, as "male entitlement" and an indelible mark of patriarchy that must be stamped out of men, and of society, at all costs.

Fine. We will no longer feel "entitled" to female companionship. We will go our own way, avoid interactions with women that may or may not make them uncomfortable, and avoid any sense that we are "entitled" as human beings to relate to female human beings, out of the sake of their hypervigilance with regard to the danger we represent.

But now we see the inconsistency that marks a hysterical worldview. These same progressive voices who say men ought to leave women alone unless the woman finds it convenient also makes the claim that these men require "human empathy and compassion" from said women, and that satisfying one's intimate needs from a prosthetic substitute promotes "violence against women."

I will not, in this space, point out all the logical contradictions and axiomatic errors Richardson and Billing have made and continue to make regarding their ethical position on sex robots, other than to say that their campaign and the bases of it look "hysterical" in the sense that it is trying to establish two, contradictory positions.

You cannot claim that men require physical, human intimacy from women in order to be fully "human," while at the same time claiming that seeking out this necessity from women is "inhuman" (patriarchal entitlement, rape culture, violence against women and so forth).

You cannot say that "you cannot be prejudiced against a machine; it's an artifact," while at the same time saying that such machines, when they resemble women, are "dehumanized."

Besides, do either of these two have any training in psychiatry? If not, how dare they make inferences into what is considered "healthy" and what isn't.

They seem to have two main concerns:

(1) the sexbots will cause men to further "objectify" women and regard women as objects. Probably this will lead to more rape, or something.

(2) it will further hurt men's ability to develop the sublime, emotionally fulfilling sexual relationship when men and women are true equals. You know, that which feminism promises if only men can just undo patriarchial programming and stop viewing women as mere objects.

Guys have often developed an obsession with certain objects be it cars, toys, hobbies, whatever but a lot of these guys are still also interested in women, a sexbot which is both an object and a woman-substitute will very likely not want to bother dealing with a flesh and blood woman at all and ultimately, that's what these women truly fear the most.
