I did no fap for about 2 years it got easier after a while. After doing it for so long I came to an understanding about well myself and others.

Everything should be done in moderation. It's the reason you don't work out every single day because your muscle need a break to heal, or eat cake everyday because you will probably get fat and diabetes. Everything in moderations, I found the perfect number for me was 5-7 days. Doing it every 5-7 days works personally I think you should try it because everything in moderation!!!!!

By all means if you're having regular sex don't even question it but if you're having no sex because of reasons, busy, etc., nofap will destroy your sex-drive long-term as you condition your body to be punished by lack of orgasm, and in the short-term having too many uncontrollable erections and a crazy sex-drive will torture your mind.

well, it is VERY DANGEROUS for a long time (more than 2 weeks)!

I tried it and:

1st week - nothing!

2nd week - holly fuck! cannot explain it BUT girls are really looking at me and sometimes staring and smiling - there are the things between earth and heaven gentlemen.

2.5week - great vivid wet dreams..
