It's not that its bad info, its just more geared to the Seduction subreddit than TRP. I already went through my time on Seddit to try and get better with women; I came to TRP because I realized that getting better with women was a by-product of a more self-focused, disciplined and authentic way of living.

This particular info is not really seduction related. It's from a David DeAngelo collaboration where 99% of the content was from a dating coach/psychiatrist named Paul Dobransky. The entire seminar was 100% inner game theory, such as how to create strong inner boundaries and such ("holding frame" in TRP terms). It had very little to do with PUA and everything to do with self-improvement.

I disagree with increasing one's "intellect", because as far as I'm concerned, intellect is your brain's potential. "Knowledge" is stored information. "Wisdom" is life experience. Being "smart" is using all three of these aspects in order to make good decisions.
"Book smarts" and "street smarts" has nothing to do with a person's IQ. It simply has to do with knowledge and specifically with "street smarts", has to do with life experience (wisdom).
Other than those somewhat irrelevant semantic differences, the list was good.
