Apparently they are dragging out the case, and the kid is still in jail. Despite the objectively provable evidence pointing toward a conspiracy theory against him, he is still detained. The developed world is swiftly losing all integrity and virtue. These girls realize what power they have, and what little repercussions there are when that power is abused. These are the witch trials of the modern era, and almost any woman can point the finger. I am grateful everyday that nature gave me a pair of nuts instead of some ovaries. I can actually look at the world and do my best to see it for the way it is, rather than buy into the 'rape culture' fantasy.

How has he been in jail for a year (presumably on a bond his family can't or won't pay), shouldn't he be ROR with the new evidence?

As soon as women start getting falsely accused of rape and related charges, there's going to be a huge push to name the accusers and hide the name of the charged. Considering the weight society puts on sexual offences, and rightfully so, given the ease with which one can lie about incidents it's a wonder there isn't some sort of ban on naming the accused. At least until after a certain point in the process.

Also, another case of the accused man being named and the 13 young women accusers being anonymous.

Girls know they can get back at guys by going to the police and filing a rape complaint. They knew his name and where he lived, filing a false rape complaint is all it took to fuck up his life.
