Avoid states run by Democrats. Most of the anti male laws come from Democratic states. Laws like "Yes means yes", Manspreading are coming out of Blue states. This is just the beginning. Democrats will pass more anti male laws to get the woman vote.

To be honest the best state is one where you never say "I do".

The biggest mistake divorced guys make is to go down the dating --> serious relationship --> marriage path. Happens all the time. Changing states does not solve this fundamental problem. Fast forward 7 years you will be stuck in another marriage wondering where the hell you went wrong.

MGTOW is a discipline and state of mind. Any state that you enjoy for its people, climate, and other factors will do. I like what you're thinking with Nevada though.

I'm looking to move within a year or two, so I've been pondering this as well. My job necessitates me being in a big city, but I'm also concerned with SJWs and feminazis all over the place.

Trouble is, big cities = more SJWs. Ain't getting away from that.

If you've been around the manosphere long enough, you're aware that Canada is basically one big man-hating vagina. I've been told that cities/states bordering Canada (Seattle in particular) have it kind of worse than most blue places. Probably except for San Francisco. So I'm guessing New England border cities/states are probably bad. Any New England folk that can confirm?

I will echo other brothers' concerns about blue states and anti-man laws. Yes-Means-Yes? Enthusiastic Affirmative Consent? Rape By Fraud? Fuck me sideways.

Hookers? I have no moral problems with hookers, as long as it's not the human-trafficking-sex-slave sort. However, pussy will cost you $600ish at a Nevada brothel. Any big city will have hookers, just not, you know, legal. Unless you DO pick a place near Canada. Hookers are legal there.

Montana? Good god, that place is fucking beautiful. I don't know anything else about it. Not sure if I need to. That is all.

Last, because it's not directly related to your question, don't forget to consider how red the state is, too. Yea, Texas is about as red as it gets, and presumably not as anti-male. But the redder a state gets, the more anti-intellectual it gets, and the more religious it gets. Can you live with that?

New Hampshire has a pretty large Libertarian movement.

Maybe not necessarily MGTOW, but I do find a lot of the principles MGTOW hold runs parallel with libertarianism/voluntarism.

I am a atheist, libertarian MGTOW, that lives in Idaho (formerly from Seattle). There are ALOT of Christian conservatives here. What I like is they leave me alone, and they do not buy into the feminist narrative. Of course, that does not mean I will marry one of them. A conservative woman can rake you over the coals in Family court just as much as a Hillaryinna. Besides, being a single male is becoming more common, were everywhere now.

I personally don't think the "state" matters as much as where (region/locale) you are locating within a state.

In general any major metro area -- but especially political capitals and/or cities that host the major university complex(s) -- tend to be far more "liberal" (i.e. SJW centers, if not "people's republic of _____" things). In part this is because the majority of government-bureaucracies are located in such places (really, where else could they be), which tends to attract a particular type of sinecure-seeking parasites, as well as welfare clients, beggars, and etc. (And it should be noted that it has ALWAYS been so -- even prior to the socialist-welfare state system -- government is light a light that attracts moths, or a garbage dumb that draws rats & other vermin.)

By contrast, as you get out into the exurban and especially rural parts of any state -- you tend (there are exceptions of course) to be among far more "conservative" people (and I don't just mean cuckservative "Republicrats" but rather actual conservative people; usually with more direct experience of nature/reality rather than being caught up in the artificial world(s) of the cities) -- the majority of the residents (again certain exceptions) are likely to be engaged in some type of productive work or another; plus of course cost of living tends to be less as well, and there's likely to be less of a class/status system (what few wealthy people actually LIVE in those areas -- and by live I mean full time residents -- tend to be salt of the earth types, far more likely to be driving an old truck or a classic car than they are some ridiculously "fancy" vehicle; and generally the same with houses etc., there's less of a inclination to do things solely or even mainly to "impress" others... because really, who is there to impress?)

EDIT: Even when a "state" passes some absurd law... well, your LOCAL officials (including local police) often have wide enough latitude that they can simply ignore a lot of that crap. (Depends on exactly WHAT the crap is of course -- stuff that comes down through say the {state funded, centrally-managed} educational system is different than various other inanities -- which is of course one reason the Democrats/SJW's have been so focused on pushing their agenda via the schooling system.)

I live in Montana. It is beautiful here...but most places are pretty remote and isolated. That can be both good and bad. If you want the amenities that you're used to in bigger metro areas, you'll want to go to Billings, Missoula, Bozeman, Helena, or Kalispell. Of course, those places tend to be more expensive. Other than those cities, every place else is pretty remote.
