I was thinking about this recently, and the double standard in society, and how it effects men directly.

Female victims of abuse are viewed with sympathy and support, as well as anyone should, regardless of gender, however from what I've gathered, society does not treat male victims the same way, I've noticed if you ever divulge this kind of information to the public, as a man, you will automatically be viewed as "weak" by default and not capable of ever being a real man, despite whatever happened to you being under your control or not as a child.

There are several prevalent myths about male sexual assault, men CAN'T be assaulted, men CAN'T be raped, and if you were you're not a man, or you're gay. There is no sympathy for these things.

So if you happen to be a victim of sexual assault as a child, and you tell the woman your dating/married/cohabiting with, EVER, it instantly affects her view of you and she looks at you with sympathy and pity instead of admiration and devotion, forever.

Because it's not possible for an alpha to be victimized, if he ever was, in his past or present, he's not an alpha, Alphas don't let those things happen, THEY victimize other people, if anything.

It's sick, and sad that's how these types of issues are viewed, but if you have any history of it in your past, DO NOT DIVULGE IT, EVER, if you value your SMV and status at all. If things were to go downhill, who knows what slander or filth a woman might smear you with if you ever told her these things.

It's just something to ponder.
