I'll play. This is all done assuming my political party controlled the House, had a super-majority in the Senate and went along with whatever I proposed. And by no means everything I'd do. In no particular order...

I would abolish government-endorsed marriage and leave it to private and religious organizations. Any individual or organization would be free to marry whoever and whatever they wanted, but there would be no government recognition of these marriages...however, they would be subject to any other existing laws (ie - marrying a child would violate other existing laws against child molestation and/or age of consent). In lieu of marriage, government would allow any two adults to establish a 'civil partnership' for the purposes of insurance and benefits and such. This would allow not only married couples to give their spouse benefits, but also help in situations where someone is caring for a dependent parent or dependent adult child.
I would abolish universal suffrage and institute a requirement for voting: In order to vote, you must be a net payer of income tax. As it stands, slightly less than 50% of people in this country pay no income tax - why should people who aren't paying to support the system get to determine how the money is spent (I'm ignoring sales taxes and such, for the purpose of this argument). Note that the requirement that people pay income tax would also prevent voting by anyone whose earnings are subject only to capital gains.
I would remove both 'no fault divorce' and the 'tender years' doctrine from divorce proceedings. Also, it may be logistically difficult, but I would try to implement a system of 'blind' divorce proceedings. In this system, the judge would not know the gender of each side in the dispute and would be forced to decide settlements and child custody solely on the merits of each spouse.
I would challenge the Supreme Court's ability to rule laws unconstitutional. Nowhere in the Constitution is the Supreme Court given this power - it's merely something they started doing, were allowed to get away with and that has become a custom no one questions now.
I would restrict total student loan borrowing to being no more than the average first-year salary for a student's intended major. If a student is only expecting to earn $30,000 in their first year as a teacher (for example), then they are capped at $30,000 in government student loans over their entire course of study.
I would require that both men and women register for Selective Service. Any man who was punished for not registering while Selective Service was gendered biased would be pardoned.
I would make filing a false rape accusation a felony, punishable by the same sentence that the victim would have received had they been unjustly convicted due to the false accusation.
I would push for a Constitutional Amendment asserting that no alternate legal systems would be recognized in the United States, with the goal of preventing any establishment of Sharia law.
Immediate stop any interference with other countries, both military intervention and foreign aid, as well as withdrawing the US from the UN and cutting off American funding for the UN and kicking their headquarters out of the country. The only involvement the US would have with other countries would be economic. The US would only get involved with another country militarily if we were attacked first. If that did happen, though, we would annihilate any country that dared attack us (ie - if I was in charge, we wouldn't have gone into Iraq, but Afghanistan would be a radioactive crater).

from a MGTOW perspective I'd:

silently outlaw all forms of feminism and expose the movement as a whole
restore all-boy and all-girl schools and remove coed schools
teach the boys some red pill knowledge, physical exercise and other stuff actually useful
actually equal rights to everyone, so let's outlaw affirmative action and "positive" discrimination
give men reproductive rights
outlaw no-fault divorce and only allow it for stuff like cheating
no asset splitting (mandatory prenups)

that's for starters.
