This is ongoing, we are still living in the post world war 2 era, even after nearly 80 years have passed. People consider this belief to be crazy, but truth is the world order we live in was decided this way. This has only gotten worse since the end of communist influence in the 90's. This allowed worldwide economic growth and gave room for a consumerist culture that heavily favours progressive liberal values, the kind of things that favour women. This culture spread extremely quick thanks in large part to the internet. Thats where we are now, 30 years after the autumn of nations. Men have been pushed to the sidelines along with any traditional masculine traits. The social, cultural and political views that evolved from this would need to be entirely reinvented without falling into the same pitfalls of the past century that led humanity to near destruction. I dont see any way to do this within the current system, so for any man to be happy walking away is still the best option.

If you go back in history, whenever empires came down, the reason for it was that men haven't had the time to take care of domestic politics. Women often took over and that's the beginning of the end for all societies. No matter which race, ethnicity or culture. This is rooted in the fact that women do not have an instinct for territory like men do. Men are the ones harvesting ressources, women are distributors. They don't produce much. They are not the ones building societies and nations. They will fuck and carry the offspring of any man who's the winner in a combat. This was standard procedure for tens of thousands of years.
