You could look into the writings of Mantak Chia. He's stuff is Taoist in nature, but they have exercises for redirecting your sexual energy.

You have to fill your time with something else, if you are constantly masturbating and thinking about it, you don't have enough interesting things to fill your life.

I've gone back and forth on masturbation and porn myself, but I think I've landed on moderation being the best I can do. If I cut it out completely, I break and binge eventually. If I give myself free reign, I binge too. Just need to practice self control like with anything.

Some men in this thread will say to cut it out completely, it's not healthy, etc. The fact of the matter is sex is a major part of our biology, if not the single most "important" part. Therefore it is close to impossible to truly extinguish or ignore. If using masturbation and porn helps you keep it under control without flocking to women, who are the real danger compared to porn, then I think it's a useful tool. Just don't let it consume you.

As some have mentioned, get to the gym, uses up some of the energy and gives you something to focus on. Eat right too, that's part of it.

Grab hobbies or learn new skills instead of fapping. Imagine all the time you wasted jacking off to worthless thots who eventually end up in the vegas tunnels underground...(Yes this actually happened to a big pornstar). You waste alot of energy/nutrients just busting nuts constantly. It takes some getting used to but it does have benefits. Mainly more energy/focus to your career/hobbies/skills. Also it makes you have more drive which you can re-direct to your MGTOW journey. I think MGTOW and NoFap should go hand in hand no pun intended. So much of your energy is lost every ejaculation, holding it in just helps you become more manly.
