I'm interested in getting fit. Learning to cook and eat better. All of it. I'm starting going to the gym on my off days. Going to cut down on sugar/caffeine.

I don't like what I see in the mirror. So I'm going to change it.

Although I like the taste of vegetables and fruit and everything else, they're not good for my health - I get arthritis flare ups if I eat them.

For the last 15 or so months, I've eaten nothing but meat. Lots of lamb, beef, chicken, duck, pork and venison. I eat heaps, and maintain low body fat and have plenty of energy. Haven't had so much as a cold since going on the diet, my immune system is great.

If any of you lads need to lose some weight and/or fix your health issues, give the carnivore diet a look.

Do you like eating whole cloves of garlic? Mincing it helps to spread the flavor around so you're not eating a solid bullet of it.
