Civilisation was conceived, created and maintained by men.

For men to have a stake in civilisation, and continue their work in keeping it going, there has to be some reward for them. Traditionally, this came in the form of a wife and family. Fathers took pains to keep their daughters chaste until marriage, slut-shaming was normal --- women spoke with contempt of "the town bike" --- and, though female nature was always rotten, its worst excesses were kept in check. And so, in return for his contribution to the upkeep of civilisation, however modest, a man could at least expect a stable marriage and family life.

Fast-forward to today, and society has been sabotaged: men continue to do the real work of maintaining civilisation, but women now infest the workplace, doing easy and largely unnecessary jobs for high salaries, and creating issues and dramas where previously there were none. And they look down their noses at men who earn less than they do, even though these men do the vital jobs without which society would soon fall apart.

Moreover, women have been given carte blanche to engage in every kind of sexual depravity. Girls were told that it was "empowering" to be a slut and ride the carousel. Female hypergamy was let off the leash, with catastrophic results, so that even A-list Hollywood heart-throbs end up dumped, robbed and broken. Neither looks, status, fame nor wealth will shield a man from this lunacy. We've seen the near-total breakdown of marriage and of the family, with predictably disastrous repercussions for society as a whole.

What does a man have as his reward these days? A heavily used wife with an overinflated opinion of her worth, who --- thanks to the State --- possesses the means to blow up the marriage, take him to the cleaners and steal his kids. That is no reward. It's a punishment. And slowly, men are realising this and coming to the conclusion that the system really isn't worth supporting.

In times past, women were kept in line by men and their options restricted: they had certain limited rights, but were essentially treated as something between a minor and an adult, which is more or less what they are --- technically adults and therefore responsible for their actions, and yet always behaving like foolish children, ruled by their whims and emotions. This was the only way that stable marriages and families were possible. And since that stability is the very bedrock of society and of civilisation itself, it is the only way civilisation is possible.

Women's "sexual liberation" was the lethal injection administered fifty years ago to Western societies. The poison has been slow-acting, but inexorable. Clown World is just Western civilisation's death throes.
