The way I was explained, it is like a never ending red pill rage, having it eventually turned into hatred. Think of it like being a nihilist.

I'm not saying it's not justified, but having hatred and nihilism as your main attitude is never healthy.

I'm sure its not limited to looks but physical beauty is a big part of the black pill. If your jaw is just a centimeter or 2 too short then youre considered to be ugly. If youre too short then no woman will take you seriously. If youre not physically someone a women is interested in then tour invisible. When you over stay your welcome then that fake smile customer service workers have just poofs away in an instant.

The bottom 20% of men and the equal and opposite to the top 5%. They recognize that theyre 1,2,and 3s in sexual attractiveness. But women on they same level won't pair up with them either. Theres no amount of self improvement that these guys can undergo that will help them. As men if they voice their frustrations theyre met with a barrage of comments like "just work out bro" "its all about confidence" they're just so dismissed.

It's incel ideology/philosophy. Basically nihilism sprinkled with a defeatist attitude. My biggest gripe with 'the black pill' is that it's a pussy begging mindset at its core - basically saying that 'experiencing romance' is the only pathway to contentment in life, and if you can't have that, then everything is pointless.

As such, I find 'the black pill' to be much more closely related to a blue pill mindset than any red pill aware outlook on life. These guys actually believe in 'love' (but only for Chad), and as for themselves, they're heavily plugged into their own biological imperative of procreation and validation through women (lower brain mentality). There's no 'going your own way' in their minds, no breaking free of your most basic lizard brain chains.

I don't have a gripe with their 'facts' (which are mostly spot on red pill truths), but rather the mindset that they take from that (being hopelessly stuck in their own biological, lower brain imperatives). The parts about 'lookism' - and the general impact of that in life - is mostly true. If you're butt ugly, and maybe even autistic on top of that, life is going to be harder for you - not only in sex/romance/relationships, but even in other walks of life (work, education, friendships etc).

The 'halo/horns effect' is real, and I don't think anyone can honestly deny that. Also, as for the pussy begging mindset, I think one has to recognise that it's much harder for a person to break free of their most basic biological imperatives, if all that person has ever been able to do is to watch the game unfold from afar. It's easier for someone who has experienced for themselves the futility and lack of long-term reward of that sort of mindset.

So I'm not one for shitting on either incels or 'the black pill'. I just think they need to find some other value in life - and sense of self-worth - that doesn't revolve around pussy and 'romance'. But that is of course easier said than done, especially from the mindset of a normie. The worst part is, a lot of them are actually funny, observant dudes that have the tools in the toolbox to at least not live forever alone lifestyles. So the defeatism is mostly uncalled for.
