It's a matter of mindset. Like most other addictions. You have to be stubborn enough and that's about it. Be ridiculously stubborn and use this stubbornness in a good way. Aften a while, particularly if you're aware of the problems with women, it becomes second nature. It's obne of these things that get way, way easier with time.

Alternatively, being destroyed by a female hard enough for it to trigger some kind of ptsd whenever you see or even think about something loosely related to sex, intimacy or a woman being attractive works very, very well too, getting to this point is a "bit" too painful on the way to recommend, although I'd guess that a lot of us are already there anyway.
