From past experience I'd say forget her and move on OR go and fuck some other women before you meet her so you don't end up falling into sniper mentality.

Whilst it is feasible that you could build attraction with your new understanding of sexual dynamics and strategy, you sound like you haven't really been field testing for any length of time, and thus it is incredibly easy to subconsciously slip into the behaviours you believed were 'normal' before, that sound like they eventually led you into the LJBF rejection territory. It happens because you still incorrectly read behaviours and attraction cues.

It is IMO more likely that she is missing the attention and wants a beta orbiter than it is that she has magically decided that you are now fuckable - which is still a possibility - however is it worth the effort and time over a new girl who you can start a fresh with?

Really it's up to you, do what you want and chalk it up to an experience either way.

No. Look at it this way, she broke up/refused you because she tought she was worth more. Now that your worth has increased she believes that she can just come back and refuse you to enjoy your transformation on the rest of the world

Forget her, and remember this rule "if they dont like you at your worst, they do not deserve you when you are on your best."

Dont ignore her, just say that you do not have time etc. Do not let her feel that you are mad at her, that means that you still care.

Here is my simple advice and it is clear to the points made by a few others.

"The past is the past"

When you make major life changes, if there are people who were not at the beginning, the middle , and the "end" ... then they know what you are doing, what you have done , and probably why you have done it. they have an understanding and acceptance of you.

what you have here is someone who has been gone and you have changed.

While there is the option to meet, articulate the change, exhibit the change ..... it rarely ends well. she isn't looking for you, she is looking for the old you.

it sounds like you weren't even friends with this girl. you were her monkey who conveniently danced for her when she was bored, but not enough trouble to deal with when you made intentions clear.

at the MOST you could invite her to something you were doing with your group that knows the new you. Personally, I think you should skip it.

If she is not for the bedroom then I have no need to be in a relationship or try and date someone who called me a creep. Left me, to pursue other guys, got dumped most likely and came crawling back.

Blow her off, or make it a 'date' on your terms, i.e one where you actually stand a good chance of fucking her at the end of the night. Sex her and never speak to her again, will do your ego the world of good.

You have nothing to lose. You know well enough that if she just wants you for an emotional sponge blue pill man, that you can shut that down, and hard next her. She's interested in seeing you again, and from what you've said, you've made a metamorphosis. You're a different man, and you can rail her this time.

I'd suggest changing the location of the date. Say something like "I don't drink coffee." Her move. Or suggest grabbing drinks instead since you're "busy" on whatever morning, and would prefer an evening activity.
