But African Americans have made huge strides so far into gaining total equality, including a president of color.

History has shown us that those who gain their freedoms regardless of “security” or whatever have the potential to rise above expectations, and the people opposing those freedoms are just pompous assholes who think that they’re for some reason superior.

In this situation, I think OP and those who agree with them count as the pompous assholes who think that they’re superior for some weird and ridiculous reason.
