TV Licensing has no special powers to enter your property, can only ask the police to apply for a warrant (which requires initial evidence) and it's trivial to write them a letter revoking their right of implied access, making it a breach of civil law for their workers to set foot on your property, even if you're renting a place.

More women are in prison for committing a very specific crime; therefore, make that crime lawful, so that they'll no longer be breaking the law and be sent to prison for that specific crime.

Yes, I had one guy at the door and I've told him I don't need a licence. He didn't believe me of course and asked to see the house. Allowed him to take a look as I don't have a TV ( no time to watch or I watch on pc) and I've not heard since.

Well on this particular issue, I'm happy to become a green haired land whale. There is a growing movement to end the tv licence, for numerous reasons, from subscription tv being a thing with a wide choice, that the bbc is already commercially viable abroad and there are no reasons why it can't compete at home, that it clearly shows a political bias (where by law, its not allowed to do that). But I can't help notice that this movement has grown the more sjw bs they try to throw down peoples throats, I stopped watching years (hell at this point its decades) ago. So, yeah! If it helps end the licence, and my hope, the first nail in the end of the bbc

The TV license is clearly sexist.
