The 50's were an age when a huge part of the world was recovering from WWII. I find it so incomprehensible that especially in that time there were no low lives screaming about man spreading and that women don't need men.

Yes. Sure , in the 50’s the variety of hobbies would be very limited. However I have too many reasons to say NO to making a family. Examples :

I don’t like children at all. Be it watch , listen or play with so raising one is a big NO. People like to say it will change over time but it sure as fuck don’t for me.
My grandmother is a VERY superstitious person ( like most people in my country ) which I totally dislike. When I was young she ‘read my palm’ and told me that I will have 2 wives in the future and shit. She’s a control freak too so I decided that I’ll do the opposite to give her a middle finger and prove how these beliefs are foolish.

3.I don’t trust human companion , not even family member due to my childhood experience.

^ additionally I see family = expense with little to no benefit in return.
While growing up I’ve already seen enough families having different problems and tell myself ‘Why would I want this to happen to me ?’

So what would I do during my free time instead ?

I would most likely hang around library , play with stray dogs or listen to classical / rock and roll music or hunt for WWII leftover items.

I would not be mgtow. It would be easier to meet women who were not tainted by radical feminism. Women would have also been much more likely to have grown up with masculine role models as fathers.

It was also normal back then for men to have demands of women and slut shaming was common practice.

Many mgtow like to blame it all on women. I don't. I think the problem is that men stopped being realistic in their perceptions of women. They stopped holding women accountable and stopped enforcing traditional social norms. The problem is not women. The problem is the men in these women's lives and how thirsty and whipped they are.

It was men who pushed for feminism. The 1% of men on top didn't want to have healthy relationships with women. They wanted to have casual sex with every woman on the planet while the common man slaves like a dog to provide for his ungrateful brainwashed wife and degenerate brainwashed kids.

Yes the redpill is correct. Yes awalt is correct. But never forget that men are just as bad as women. Men will screw you over just like a woman will. It's just that men can face actual consequences for doing so. And many more men are reluctant because of that.

If society would accept gender realism. I believe that male female relations would be in a much more happy place. Though it is unlikely this will happen any time soon so that is why I go my own way.

The answer for me is No. Even back then you'll still be expected to spend all your time and money on the wife and the kids, the house and the car, keeping up with the Jones's, spending your time working to buy more stuff for conspicuous consumption.

If you want a good wife, look into joining the Mormons. I don't know if the Amish accept converts but you can ask them. From the outside it looks as if some of the Islamic branches know how to control their women. But I've known some men raised in Islamic states who say the women rule their households like jealous tyrants.
