Can confirm. Currently at uni with 90% female majority and 8% homosexual populace (Music Major).

I spoke to the equivalent of a HR manager nearly 8 times throughout the last year about bitches getting mad at me after I slept with their best friend but not them. Every single time they made up some bullshit excuse to try and get me thrown out of uni. Anything to fuel their gossip.

Reminds me of the mother of a close friend, shes a doctor with her own medical office.

Once she tried to hire a male nurse because she couldnt stand the bitching that occurs in a 100% women buisness, sadly she found noone.

It's pretty miserable for women, too. I have worked in a couple heavily female-populated jobs. It was like I'd stepped into a rift in the time-space continuum which had sent me back to high school.

One job, I had the 40-something manager call me on my last shift (she wasn't working that day) and screamed/cried at me about how I'd allegedly been telling customers that she abused us. This was complete horseshit, obviously-- top-secret intel fed to her by a broad who figured I was after a promotion she wanted. This was not the first time she'd tried to get me in shit, either.

Second time was a little later on, in an office. The women in my group (one late 20s single mother, one mid 40s single mother, both older than me at the time) would literally stand in a cubicle, point at me, and whisper to each other. Good times, good times.

I can only hope that my career job will be more male-dominated.

I work in a sales role. 7 guys and two women in my department.

95% of the problems and complaining come from the two women.
They take EVERYTHING personally.
They sell based on cuteness and charm.
The men are charming and likeable as well, but they don't rely on it.
The men don't complain; we just handle our shit and look for solutions.

It's gotten to the point where I've had to start ignoring both the women. If I get in casual conversation, I will get sucked into their complaining, or they will try to get me to help them with something they should already be able to do.

They take every customer interaction very personally:

One of the two women was dealing with a very dickish, demanding, alpha-type male customer. She started getting combative with him, which resulted in her losing the sale.

I remember hearing my manager talking to her, explaining, "You don't have to like the guy, just do what it takes to get the sale. Just suck it up and make your money. Or don't! If you think he's too irritating, let him leave."

He was basically telling her, jump through the hoops and get the sale, or don't. But don't get EMOTIONAL. You're at WORK.

She didn't want to hear it.

I shared this with my buddy, a 32-year-old, successful divorced guy. He leaned in and told me in a hushed tone, "Dude... I hate working with women. They complain all the time and not as much gets done."

Now I finally know what he means.

Can also confirm. The amount of arguments I've had in a female majority office. I'm extremely fortunate to have a decent (male) boss who takes my side everytime some stupid cunt with a chip on her shoulder gets offended at something I did or said.

The last argument was over a demanded apology for "not showing respect" - I laughed and told her I had far too much work to do to play games. She is still bitching about this three weeks down the line to anyone who will listen.
