We talk about increasing testosterone, we talk about going out gaming women, we talk about drinking old scotch and bourbon and we also discuss finance.

Here is something I've been pondering:

Alcohol decreases test

Sex increases test

Going out, socializing, gaming women, dating = cost money

Going out, socializing, gaming women, dating = networking

So here is a question, If we men go out and enjoy drinks, and also mingle with women (decreasing test and funds) but then get laid (increasing test) where or how does this balance out? i.e. how much sex does it take to overcome the decrease in test from a night of drinking before the sex?

I've mentioned this before, moderation

You can't stay home and be a super rich hermit (no social life, not much fun)

You cant (or shouldn't) go out and game women/party every night because your going to burn through your funds.

Lifting, eating clean and zero alcohol is great for periods of time, but then your not going out sharpening the other side of the sword (socializing and networking) also going out to bars, restaurants, lounges etc and saying "I'm not drinking tonight" most people are going to quickly judge and make up their minds about you as a weirdo, granted there's a time and place for everything, and maybe your the Dedicated driver of the night (i get that) but I can't stand going to a bar with someone and they say "I'm not drinking tonight" WTF are we in a bar then ? Its like going to a strip club and telling your mates I dont want to see T/A tonight...

As we all discussed life is about balance,

I enjoy a night out in the city, drinking even though I know money could be spent in a much better place or saved, invested etc

I enjoy women and their company, even though I know my time could be spent reading, studying, working on the racecar or house, or lifting etc on and on.

I enjoy saving money and laying low at home, but I also enjoy going out and meeting new people/women

Question1. How much sex does it take to counter the effect of alcohol on a mans test level? And how much time? Someone here recently posted a topic about test and naturally increasing them. He or someone else said the effects of alcohol takes your body 24 hours to re-cooperate.

  1. I'd like to hear on how you guys balance the lifting, reading, money managing/investing and then the fun/women/drinking
